Frequently asked questions
What exactly does the plan include?
Every tier includes spring start-up, fall winterization (air blowout), an annual backflow-test reminder and scheduling, and priority scheduling ahead of non-members. Essential adds 5% off repairs and parts; Preferred adds one mid-year nozzle & coverage check on request and 10% off; Premium adds two mid-year visits on request, 10% off, and no service-call fee.
Does the plan include the backflow test itself?
The plan includes tracking and reminding you when your annual test is due and getting it on the schedule; the backflow test is billed separately (or bundled into a visit). Many members add it to their spring start-up trip.
Why does the price depend on my zone count?
Because the work does. A sixteen-zone system takes roughly twice the on-site time to open and close as a six-zone one. Banding the price by system size means small systems are not subsidising large ones, and large systems get a price we can actually deliver on.
Which tier should I pick?
If you mostly want the two seasonal visits handled and a discount when something breaks, Essential does that. If you would rather have someone look the system over mid-season before a dry spell exposes a problem, Preferred is the common choice. Premium suits larger systems and anyone who would rather never think about a service-call fee.
Do I have to be home for the visits?
Usually not — most seasonal visits don't require access to the house. We'll text before we arrive and after we're done, with notes on anything we found.
Can I add my system mid-year?
Absolutely. We'll prorate or schedule your next seasonal visit based on when you join, so you get full value.
Set it, and forget your sprinklers.
