What is included in each package?
Every tier includes a spring start-up and a fall winterization (air blowout) plus priority scheduling. Preferred adds 2 mid-season inspections and a bigger repair discount; Premium adds 4 inspections and waives the service-call fee. Repair discounts are 10% on Essential and 15% on Preferred and Premium.
How do these compare to other companies' plans?

Does a package include the backflow test?
The package tracks your annual backflow test and reminds you when it is due; the test itself is billed separately or bundled into a visit. Many members add it to their spring start-up.
What if my system is larger than 8 zones?
These prices cover standard residential systems up to about 8 zones. Larger or specialty systems are quoted on request — just send us the details and we will confirm.
Can I cancel or change my package?
Yes — no long contracts. Cancel anytime, or move up a tier whenever you like. Join mid-year and we will prorate or schedule your next seasonal visit.
