Prices are per year for residential irrigation systems. Not sure how many zones you have? It is the number of separate sprinkler groups your controller runs — tell us the make of your controller and we will work it out. Systems of 17 zones or more, along with estate and light-commercial properties, are quoted individually. Backflow testing is billed separately. Repairs are billed at member rates (discount shown by tier); Premium members pay no service-call fee. Ohio & Kentucky sales tax applies where required.
Frequently asked questions
Why is the package price based on zone count?
Because the work is. Opening and winterizing a sixteen-zone system takes roughly twice the on-site time of a six-zone system — more heads to check, more lines to clear, more air. Charging both the same flat price means one of them is subsidising the other. Zone banding keeps it honest in both directions: small systems pay less than they would under a flat rate, and large systems get a price we can actually deliver at.
What is included in each package?
Every tier includes a spring start-up and system check, a fall winterization (air blowout), and priority scheduling ahead of non-members. Essential adds 5% off repairs and parts. Preferred adds one mid-year visit on request and 10% off. Premium adds two mid-year visits on request, 10% off, and no service-call fee all year.
What is a "mid-year visit on request"?
It is a nozzle and coverage check during the season — you call when you want it and we schedule it, rather than us turning up on an arbitrary date. You get the visit when it is actually useful to you, and we are not driving to your house in July for no reason.
Does a package include the backflow test?
No — the package tracks your annual backflow test and reminds you when it is due, and the test itself is billed separately or bundled into a visit. Many members add it to their spring start-up trip.
What if my system has more than 16 zones?
We quote it. Above sixteen zones the range of what we find on site is wide enough that a published number would be guesswork — estate properties and light-commercial systems in particular. Send us the details and we will price it properly.
Can I cancel or change my package?
Yes — no long contracts. Cancel anytime, or move up a tier whenever you like. Join mid-year and we will prorate or schedule your next seasonal visit.
