Terms of Service
Last updated: July 19, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at streamlineoutdoor.com and the services provided by Streamline Outdoor, LLC ("Streamline Outdoor," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, requesting an estimate, or hiring us for work, you agree to these Terms. Please also review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Our services
Streamline Outdoor provides irrigation and sprinkler services — including repairs, backflow testing and certification, spring start-up, winterization, seasonal maintenance plans, and new-system installation — across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Descriptions of services and any pricing shown on our website are for general information and may change without notice.
Estimates, quotes & pricing
- Estimates are free. Any diagnostic or service-call fee that applies will be disclosed to you before we perform work.
- You approve a flat-rate quote before work begins. We provide a written or verbal quote for the scope of work, and we do not proceed with billable repairs or installation until you approve it.
- Quotes are based on the conditions and information known at the time. If we discover additional issues or the scope changes once work is underway, we will pause and get your approval before doing additional billable work, except where immediate action is needed to prevent damage.
- Prices, packages, and promotions shown online are subject to change and may not reflect the final quote for your specific system.
Scheduling, access & cancellations
- Appointments are scheduled in arrival windows. We'll do our best to keep to them, but timing can shift due to weather, prior jobs, or conditions on site.
- You are responsible for providing safe access to your property and irrigation system, including gates, controllers, shut-offs, and any codes needed to complete the work.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.
Payment
Payment is due as stated on your invoice, typically upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may accept card and other electronic payments; applicable processing terms of our payment provider apply. Maintenance plans and subscriptions renew and are billed as described at the time you enroll. Past-due balances may be subject to reasonable late fees or collection costs to the extent permitted by law.
Workmanship & warranty
We stand behind our work. Repairs and installations are covered by a workmanship guarantee as described in your written quote or invoice. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are passed through to you and are subject to the manufacturer's terms. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by freezing where winterization was declined, misuse, alterations by others, normal wear, water-pressure or supply issues outside our control, or acts of nature.
Backflow testing & compliance
Where we perform backflow testing, we file results with the applicable water purveyor (such as GCWW or NKWD) as a courtesy and to help you meet local requirements. You remain responsible for maintaining a compliant, functioning backflow device. We are not responsible for penalties arising from conditions we did not test or from access we were not given.
Communications
By providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, and email about your service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. Message and data rates may apply.
Disclaimers
Our website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Information on the site is general and is not a substitute for an on-site assessment of your specific system.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Streamline Outdoor and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Streamline Outdoor from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or inaccurate information you provide that affects the work.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, unless applicable law requires otherwise for services performed in Kentucky.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
