Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Streamline Outdoor, LLC ("Streamline Outdoor," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you contact us, request service, or use our website at streamlineoutdoor.com. By using our website or providing your information to us, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly and a limited amount of information automatically when you use our site:

  • Contact details — your name, phone number, email address, and service address, when you submit a form, call, or text us.
  • Service details — information about your irrigation system and property that you share so we can quote and complete work (for example, zone count, controller type, backflow device information, gate codes, and notes about the issue).
  • Communications — the content of your requests, along with call and text records, so we can respond, schedule, and keep a service history.
  • Website usage — basic technical information such as pages visited and device/browser type, collected through standard analytics and the chat/booking tools embedded on our site, to help the site work and improve.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide estimates, scheduling, and service;
  • Send appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and service updates by phone, text, or email;
  • Send occasional seasonal service reminders (for example, spring start-up and fall winterization) and offers, where you have consented;
  • Process payments, maintain records, and meet legal, tax, and backflow-compliance obligations; and
  • Operate, secure, and improve our website and services.

SMS / text messaging

If you provide your mobile number and consent, Streamline Outdoor may send you SMS text messages related to your service — including appointment confirmations, reminders, missed-call follow-ups, and service updates — as well as occasional seasonal service reminders. You may receive these messages after requesting service through our website, by phone, or in person.

  • Consent: You opt in by providing your number and agreeing to receive texts (for example, by checking the consent box on our contact form or telling us it's okay by phone). Consent to receive marketing or promotional texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.
  • Message frequency varies based on your service and interactions with us.
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Opt out anytime by replying STOP to any text message. You will receive a confirmation and we will stop sending texts to that number. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Your consent to receive text messages from Streamline Outdoor is used only to communicate with you on our behalf.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business, and only with parties that support our operations, such as:

  • Service providers that help us operate — for example, our scheduling and customer-communication software, text/messaging and phone providers, payment processor, and email tools — who may only use the information to provide services to us;
  • Water purveyors and regulatory agencies (such as GCWW and NKWD) when required to file backflow-test results or meet compliance obligations; and
  • Legal and safety recipients, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, our team, or the public.

Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing, as stated above.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide service, maintain your service history, and meet legal, tax, and compliance requirements, after which we dispose of it securely. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

  • Texts: reply STOP to opt out at any time (see SMS section above).
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us to be removed from promotional emails. We may still send you transactional messages about active service.
  • Access & updates: contact us to review, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to any records we must keep by law.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites or tools we don't control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be posted on this page.
